The staff was very helpful. i found the room and facilities really good. the stocked fridge with goodies was a lovely surprise. i loved the quiet rooms. It really helped me relax.

limited buffetmanager absence
the room service menu lacked variety (i hoped for more options). the mini bar included only soft drinks. i felt this was insufficient considering the nightly rate. during checkout, i experienced a slight delay because there was no manager available to address the issues i raised. it seemed like the staff couldn't solve them.

the location was very convenient steps from tower bridge it provided easy access to borough market i found the staff very nice they made the experience really good the included snacks and drinks in the room added a thoughtful touch that i appreciated
i noticed the hotel lacked hand towels this was inconvenient as i had to request them specifically it would be better if they were standard in the room cheap toiletries were provided

the hotel's proximity to tower bridge station and underground makes travel easy i found many restaurants nearby the indian cuisine served in the restaurant is delicious i enjoyed trying traditional dishes.

the lambeth suite had two separate sinks, that's so useful. a rainfall shower was also available in the bathroom. the room included a coffee machine and a selection of teas. i saw tower bridge through my window, and it looked beautiful during the day.
The gym equipment is limited. It is just useful for simple stretching.

The hotel's location is quite central. (Good for exploring!)
I stayed in the tower suite. The restaurant's senior staff was not cordial, I found this disrespectful. The breakfast was included, but I was disappointed with what was offered. I requested one dish at a time, the staff made a fuss about this.
